The Butchers Shop
It is now 4 years since we opened and in that time we have developed a range of over 150 different meat products of a wide variety, including many game products (for which we have a specialist licence).
We opened in July 2003, initially selling our own pork. Very quickly we extended our range of products as we found that customers wanted us to supply them with a wide range of quality local meats.
All of the meat is boned and prepared on site by our two butchers, Simon and Tom. Both are Graduates of the Institute of Meat and each has won the Three Nations Butchers Competition - they have many years' experience in the production and sale of superior meat products.
We pride ourselves not only on the quality of our products, but also on the quality of our service. Simon and Tom are willing to help with any customer's requirements (and cooking instructions too!)
You can actually watch as they prepare your meat, making your visit to us an informative and entertaining event - no more just plodding around the aisles of a dull and soul-less supermarket here!
