Our Products

We are able to provide an extensive choice of products on a regular basis, including:

• Our own tasty pork (you can't get much more locally grown than this!)
• Quality British Beef, hung for 21 days to enhance its tenderness and flavour
• Local Free Range Chicken from Troston Farms
• Game and Venison from the nearby Euston Estate
• Our award winning sausages & home-cured bacon
• Quality British Lamb

Seasonal

We also stock a wide variety of seasonal products, ranging from burgers, steaks & sausages for the BBQ in summer to free range turkeys at Christmas.

We are very pleased to be able to offer such a broad range of products. However, if there is anything we don't yet offer that you would like us to provide - please let us know, we are always happy to receive suggestions.

Sourcing our Products

We are actively sourcing products in such a way as to be able to ensure total traceability and origin.

All our produce is guaranteed British and sourced wherever possible from local suppliers.

The pork & pork products we sell in our shop are only from our own pigs.

Quality Assurance

Our mill & mix feed plant is certified and regularly inspected by the VMD (Veterinary Medicines Directorate).

We mix our own feed to the highest standards from natural ingredients.

Our shop is periodically inspected by the local Environmental Health Team.
